Special Events at the Penn Wells
Host your next special events at the Penn Wells Hotel. We specialize in making your wedding receptions, business meetings, or social events a great success. We have numerous setups to make your event special and unique, whether it is a class reunion, remembrance, prom, fundraiser or service organization gathering. We are particularly pleased to provide our banquet facility for your wedding reception or your business conferences and meetings.
The Penn Wells Hotel offers a large meeting space that seats up to 225 in the Mary Wells Dining Room. The Dining Room can be partitioned off to accommodate smaller groups. The Hotel also has smaller spaces for more intimate meetings. Food and beverage service, dance floor, digital projection, speaker phones and sound system are available.
The Arcadia Theatre, next door to the Hotel, also offers space for meetings and presentations up to 205 guests. Two smaller theatres with tiered seating and space for a speaker are available, as well as a large theatre with full stage, moveable chairs and space for tables, creating an elegant dining environment for up to 80 guests. Digital projection and other digital media tools are available, as well as food and beverage service and sound system.
